To close your account, submit a written request through live chat or email. We will process the closure within 3 working days. Data linked to financial transactions is retained for the legally mandated period even after closure; non-transactional profile data is deleted on request.

Access to specific features on fastwin depends on local law in your state or region. Where a particular market or game type is restricted under state law, these terms apply in full to the features that are available to you, and restricted features simply will not appear in your account.

All platform content — including game interfaces, logo assets, and page copy — is owned by fastwin or licensed from the respective studios and providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without our prior written consent, as set out in the intellectual property clause of these terms.

Send a data access request to our support email with your registered account ID and a note stating the data categories you need. We will compile and deliver your data within 30 days of receiving the request, in line with applicable Indian data protection rules.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal support process will be referred to the courts or arbitration body that has jurisdiction in the region where the account is held, as permitted by local law.
